How can I track my order?

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
If your order is past the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information. If it hasn’t updated in a while, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once we receive your returned item. It may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
